Chandrayaan 3 Landing Updates: India will attempt to land a spacecraft on the Moon for the second time on Wednesday. This mission, which comes just days after a similar Russian lander crashed, is important for lunar exploration and India's position as a space power. On Wednesday at approximately 6:04 p.m. local time (12:34 GMT), the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft of the Indian Space Research Organisation will make an attempt to touch down on the lunar south pole. Isro claimed that everything was ready to start the spacecraft's automated landing sequence, which will start the algorithm that will take control once it is above the predetermined spot and assist it in landing.
